1. Website operator and contact

This website is operated by Zhucheng Chengchuan Machinery Co., Ltd. (诸城诚川机械有限公司). For questions about personal information or this policy, contact andy@ccfoodmachinery.com.

2. Information you provide

The inquiry form requests your name, company, country or region, business email and project requirements. Phone / WhatsApp and product or process details are optional. Please provide only information needed to discuss the equipment and do not include passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.

Footer email prefill uses this tab's temporary session storage for up to 10 minutes and is removed when the inquiry form reads it. A language switch may temporarily save the email currently entered. New prefill does not put the email in the URL. If storage is blocked, you can still open the contact page and enter it manually.

3. Inquiry purposes and delivery

We use submitted details to respond to your request, understand equipment requirements and discuss a possible project. You are asked to agree to this use before submitting. When configured, Resend delivers the inquiry to our designated sales mailbox; the form does not send an automatic confirmation to the visitor's address or sign the visitor up for marketing. If online delivery is unavailable, you can contact us by email.

4. Website operation and abuse prevention

The hosting service may process request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information and time to deliver the website and maintain security. Inquiry protection uses short-lived attempt counters based on hashed network and email identifiers. Production delivery requires configured persistent rate limiting. These controls are used to limit abuse, not to make decisions about equipment suitability or pricing.

5. Videos, analytics and external links

Equipment videos use a local cover image until you choose to play. Playing a YouTube video connects your browser to Google's services, which may process network and playback information under their policies; privacy-enhanced embedding does not mean that no data is processed. Vercel Web Analytics may load on the configured public production site for aggregate usage statistics, but not on local or preview versions. Opening external websites places you under their own privacy terms.

6. Service providers and international processing

Hosting, security, email and selected video services process information needed for their functions. Inquiry content is available to personnel handling the project and to the delivery services involved. Depending on the service and deployment, processing may take place outside your country. Provider arrangements and applicable transfer requirements must be considered for the actual deployment; this website does not promise a particular data location or certification.

7. Retention and protection

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to respond, manage a project or contract, address security issues or meet applicable legal obligations. Abuse counters expire automatically. Provider records are also subject to the applicable service settings and policies. We limit unnecessary collection and use appropriate access controls, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the form, although missing required information can prevent a reply through it. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent for future consent-based processing, or exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required by law. Where applicable, you may contact the relevant data protection authority. Material changes to these practices will be reflected in this policy.
